Use sticky notes as bookmarker in a PDF document with Adobe Reader X

If you read long PDF documents by using Adobe Reader, you might want to add a bookmarker, so you know where to start reading again. For this purpose I use sticky notes in Adobe Reader X. By using the Comment bar, you can search for sticky notes and find the last added:
