I installed the code spell checker extension for Visual Studio Code https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=streetsidesoftware.code-spell-checker. But the spell checker was not working, the status bar showed an exclamation mark icon. For some reason the spell checker was disabled

In >= SQL Server 2016 you can use the syntax: DROP PROCEDURE IF EXISTS [dbo].[myStoredProcedure]

Note: at the time of writing, The COSMOS SQL Query syntax does not include build in CAST or Convert functionality, only ToString
